Coaching begins with an assessment process that includes interviews with leadership, the incumbent
and other stake holders and a review of position requirements, performance evaluations and other
available information. The goal is to determine the GAP between where the individual is and where
he or she needs to be to be successful. An overview of the process includes:
- Use assessment tools (personality, skill-based, 360 feedback, etc.)
- Identify specific areas for development
- Set and implement goals and action plans
- Provide periodic reviews of progress
- Complete process and provide recommendations for ongoing development
Areas for focused development include:
- Developing leadership and people management/development skills
- Developing more effective communication skills
- Managing personal style
- Behavior corrections
- Improving time and process management skills
Our Team Building exercises are designed to actively engage your teams to
build camaraderie, foster creativity and facilitate productive interactions.
We use a variety of instruments (e.g., MBTI) to help develop teams and can
provide short exercises on-site (3+ hours) or up to 2-day sessions or retreats.
