Kathy de la Garza, M.A. has 15 years human resources experience, working for both small entrepreneurial and large public
and privately-held corporations.
After pursuing a B.A. in Psychology from Oklahoma State University, her desire to help people match themselves to careers
best suited to their personalities and passions lead her to obtain an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the
University of Tulsa. She then worked as a Human Resources Consultant and in senior human resources roles before joining
CareerWon.
Kathy is a member of the national and local Dallas chapters of the Society for Human Resources Management and is a certified
Senior Professional in Human Resources. Kathy also recently completed the Certified Career Management Coach Course with
the Career Management Alliance.
Kathy wants to help her clients find true enjoyment and reward in their professional life through unveiling their passions and
